It’s an honour to be asked to play with the boys, and I’m looking forward to ticking two more venues off the list of places I’ve always wanted to play - ACER Arena and Rod Laver Arena!

I’ve loved Jonah’s Road’s music since I first heard it - these guys really rock.

Luckily I will be partaking in all three of those activities, with a string of gigs for Jasmine Rae in August.

Jas, Mish, Trav and I will be headlining the Keller Bar from the 3rd to the 7th of August. These are some of the best dates the snow season has to offer, and we’re pumped to be playing a string of shows in this famous venue.

Since taking a well deserved hiatus from the Central West music scene to pursue his “other life” as a graphic designer with Orange Photo News, the BENO gigs have been few and far between.

This weekend we have a private function for BMW on Friday night, an we’ll be rocking the Canobolas Hotel from 9pm Saturday.

Mike and I will be flying in on the 28th to conduct some song writing workshops, and Mish will join us on the 30th for the concert at 8pm.

Mike is one of the country scene’s most prolific songwriters and performers, with a golden guitar and an APRA song of the year being just the tip of the iceberg in terms of his successes.

Since performing at Rock the Mount in Melrose this year, we have taken to learning new repertoire, but we’ll also be cranking out some of Mike’s well known numbers.

Should be a BIG show. Look out Cloncurry, HERE WE COME!!!

I was back into the swing of things last night, with a crew from Queensland and Sydney singing the house down!!

We’re about to re-launch the piano bar with some exciting new additions. Pat and I will be voicing ads on B-Rock Bathurst 99.3, so listen in and watch this space for details!!

Under the experienced baton of Orange Regional Conservatorium Director Graham Sattler, we will be presenting a repertoire of one of my favourite composers - the Legendary Burt Bacharach.

This one-night-only show (one of the main events on the Orange F.O.O.D week calendar) is entitled “To Belgravia and Bacharach”, and as the name suggests will be hosted in the vineyard at Belgravia Wines, Orange.

With some beautiful string arrangements from Kevin Barker and an orchestra full of highly experienced players, this show promises to be a night of live music not to forget……..

Jasmine fans will be getting a very different set to last year, as we’ve spent an amazing year touring the length and breadth of Australia honing our show to some massive audiences.

Really excited about another trip South…..great people in Melrose

I joined right at the end of 1990 and did my first shows with the boys in 1991. I’m not sure how they came up with the name - I think it was from a Cheech and Chong movie, but there is no disrespect for our Arab brothers that’s for sure.

The current line up is Gray Taylor (drums), AJ Proudford (guitar/vocals), Chris McCusker (bass) and myself, and this is how it has been for 19 years now! Wow time flies.

So next weekend we’re celebrating our 21st birthday with a double-header at Bathurst’s Shanahans Family Hotel on both Friday and Saturday (27th an 28th March).

Some of the songs haven’t changed in 21 years, but we play them differently every time. Come along and join in the fun.

We’re combining most of Jasmine’s original stuff from her ARIA nominated album LOOK IT UP with some rockin’ country and rock covers - there should be something for everyone!

We’ll be playing until late at the SCHUSS BAR as side shows to the CMC Rocks the Snowys Festival.

Last year we were on the big stage at CMC, but this year we’re looking forward to a lot of the artists and fans joining us for three rockin sets as we stay up late to party on!

As part of Orange Regional Conservatorium’s contemporary combo “Orcmented” I will be back on piano for a set with Mitch Davis, Luiz Ortiz and James Buchanan featuring the music of Wes Mongomery, John Coltrane and Burt Bacharch to name a few………

Music in the Gardens is a joint venture between Orange Regional Conservatorium and the Botanical Gardens and is in its highly successful eighth year. We present a diverse offering of music from Baroque to jazz and pop.

The concert starts at 6.30 - be early to secure a nice lush piece of grass for your picnic rug.
