Beno and I will be trying to give away $1000 in cold hard cash this Thursday at Orange’s Canobolas Hotel!
Seriously people, if you aren’t already a badge member @ The Nob, then you darn ought to be, and get down there on Thursday. Not only will you hear quirky cool versions of some of your favourite tunes, and have the joy of firing a ridiculous request at Beno and I (that we’ll probably attempt), but you could also win yourself some serious CASH (that Mr Swan can’t even get his grubby little hands on).

Corporate gigs with Holly Amber

This weekend we are doing two corporate functions for the awesome folk from Cadia mine.
Holly Amber will be leading the three amigos (The Rock Sets) as we churn out a rockin mix of pop, soul, rock and country. We’re doing two big shows at Orange Ex-Services club and we’re looking forward to seeing the miners (and the bosses) let their hair down for the end of the financial year.
The chill hits O-Town, and I hit the Studio!

As the inevitable sub-zero temperatures hit Orange, it gives me more and more reason to forget about the (enormous) list of outside jobs and lock myself in the woolshed studio to write!
I’m looking forward to collaborating with some of my favourite people in June, and can’t wait to see what comes out the other end. Stay posted to hear the results of our labour.

Just my two regular gigs this weekend - Thursday with Beno at the Hotel Canobolas and Friday on my lonesome at the awesome Bistro Piper (The Oxford, Bathurst).
